The 2-room apartment is on the ground floor of the “Monte Leone” chalet. The house, built in 1990, is in a very central location directly on the ski slope of the Alpenrose trainer lift. A highlight is certainly the possibility of ski-in and ski-out, as well as the south-facing terrace with a view of the Valais mountains and the Rhone Valley.
In the southern, very bright part of the apartment is the kitchen and the open living/dining room. In the northern part of the apartment there is a cozy bedroom. The bathroom is embedded between these rooms. Furthermore, in the basement there is a large private parking space and a laundry room. In short, the apartment is in a great location.
From the Mitte mountain station on the Riederalp, you can easily walk to the apartment in 5 minutes. The golf course and supermarket can also be reached within 5 minutes on foot.
