Your tasks
- Independent acquisition and brokerage of real estate (buying, selling, letting).
- Professional advice and support for clients throughout the entire brokerage process.
- Creation of high-quality exposés and marketing concepts.
- Carrying out market analyses as well as price and sales strategies.
- Organization and implementation of viewings, negotiations and contract conclusions.
- Development and maintenance of our own customer and partner network.
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in real estate brokerage, ideally with a proven track record.
- Independent, reliable and structured way of working.
- Strong customer orientation and negotiating skills.
- Strong communication skills in German; additional language skills (French, English) an advantage.
- Good knowledge of the real estate market in the Valais region.
- Confident use of digital tools and CRM systems.
- Own vehicle and flexibility to work in the region.
