Your tasks

  • General administrative tasks (correspondence, scheduling, filing).
  • Support in the organization of vacation lettings and property sales.
  • Accounting management, including invoicing, payment monitoring and document management.
  • Supporting the team with organizational and administrative projects.
  • First point of contact for customers and business partners (in person, by telephone and by e-mail).

Your profile

  • Basic commercial training or comparable qualification.
  • Experience in bookkeeping and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Structured and independent way of working and high level of reliability.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor, even in stressful situations.
  • Very good written and spoken German; knowledge of French and English an advantage.
  • Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
