On request, we can provide you with a comprehensive market value assessment of your property. In order to determine a realistic purchase price, we use valuation software that requires a license. The advantage is that such a program, taking property-specific parameters and location into account, draws effective comparisons to transactions of other relevant properties in order to determine a well-founded sales price. If desired, such an assessment can be created in a multi-page dossier.
Object video & photos
The presentation of your property is our calling card! Not only do the chances of success increase with a professional and modern presentation, customers are also addressed who have precise ideas about their dream property. On request, we produce drone recordings as well as videos of the interior. Such a video is rounded off with attractive photos.
Marketing concept & documentation
On the basis of the knowledge we have gathered and the recordings, we develop the correct external presentation. Important data, community description, property description and property photos are bundled in a high-quality sales brochure. In order to reach as many customers as possible, marketing via the Internet is essential. First we try to reach our search customers via skolido.ch and skolido.nl. Thanks to modern software, we also transmit the data to national and international real estate platforms such as Immoscout, Homegate, Comparis or iCasa. The object videos are welcome on social media such as Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn.
Organization of visits
If we have been able to reach interested parties through marketing, an on-site inspection is of course necessary. On the one hand, the property must meet the searcher's criteria, and it is also important to assess whether the property is within the financial limits of the prospective buyer. For the customer and the financing bank, the sales brochure, the property appraisal and the property video are a solid basis for a successful deal.
Negotiations with potential buyers

We are particularly pleased that we are already able to rent out many holiday apartments in Upper Valais and on Lake Maggiore. Selling and renting are often directly related. By the way, apartments in the valley floor, especially in summer, are very popular with guests and temporarily operating companies.

Our apartments can be booked on skolido.ch. Thanks to modern software, free periods can still be booked on platforms such as Airb&b, Booking.com, Valais Tourism or regional platforms. We also organize the check-in and final cleaning of the apartments with maximum flexibility. Last but not least, I, Daniel Ottersbach, founder and owner of the company Skolido, am deeply rooted in tourism. I've been a ski instructor in the Aletsch Arena since I was 16 and I'm happy and grateful to be able to personally show guests the beauty of Valais.
